She was predeceased by: her parents, Nimrod Langendoerfer and Ruby Langendoerfer; her daughter Cathy Conley; and her daughter-in-law Becky Byrum. She is survived by: her husband Bill Byrum; her children, Steve Byrum (Janis), Mark Byrum (Marsha), Jim Byrum (Gail), Ellen Goad (Stephen) and Cristi Donahue (Jeff); and her brother Floyd Langendoerfer (Joni). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent in her memory to St. Augustine Catholic Church, 11524 US-278, Covington, GA 30014.
