He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee F. Shoemaker and Thelma Shoemaker; his brother James Squires; his brothers-in-law, Hoyt Linker and Jimmy Wheat; and his great grandchild Dallas.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Squires; his sons, R. T. Squires (Ron), C. E. Squires (Carl) and Jethro Squires (Jeff); his daughter-in-law Sonya; his sisters, Pat Linker and Glenda Wheat; his sister-in-law Mildred Squires; his grandchildren, Carrie, Jennifer, James, Patrick, Tracie, Michael, Justin, Kristi, Tonya (Louis) and Jake (Lauren); and his great grandchildren, Eleanor, Thomas, Olivia, Reid, Audrey, Joshua, Cameron, Kalub, Jacob and Asher.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Green Meadow Memorial Gardens (699 American Legion Rd NE, Conyers, GA 30012). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Scot Ward's Green Meadow Chapel (699 American Legion Rd NE, Conyers, GA 30012). A burial will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at the same location.
