She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Bridges Garland and Otis Garland; her grandparents, Andy and Myrtle Bridges; her brothers, Gene "Snooks" Garland, James "Bud" Garland, John Garland and Jack Garland; and her daughter Jennifer. She is also survived by her daughter and cherishing her grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Alcovy Mountain Baptist Church (760 State Hwy 11, Monroe, GA 30655). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the Alcovy Mountain Baptist Church (2680 H D Atha Rd, Monroe, GA 30655). A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Bethel Cemetery.
