She is survived by her children Sherry Day (Charles) of Monroe, Andy Bates (Annson) and Jody Bates (Elisabeth) of Oxford and her daughter-in-law Janet Bates of Monroe; her siblings, Earl "Skipper" Foley (Glenda) and Doretta Polk (Don); her grandchildren, Jerry Day, Joni Day, Matt Bates (Gennie), Michael Bates, Brant Canup, Dylan Bates, Walker Bates and Lucas Bates; her great grandchildren, Erin Day, Austin Day, Jordyn Bates and Madelyn Bates; and her great great grandchild Xander McGhee.
