It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnson Williams of Oxford, Georgia, who passed away on August 3, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Williams and Maggie Williams; his children, John Williams (Varil) of Houston Texas, Fred Williams (Debra) of Saginaw Michigan, Michael Williams of Lawrenceville Georgia, Sheila Bankston (Bruce) of Oxford Georgia and La Vonne Gleton (Vance) of Oxford Georgia; his stepdaughters, Charlene Johnston (Armand) and Jewell Williams (Melanie); his grandchildren, John Williams (Shvonne), William Artis (Maranda), Nicole Williams, Jameson Artis (Hilary), Justin Artis (Jasmin), James Williams, Dameon Williams, Christian Williams, Ricardo Williams and Garrett Johnson; his siblings, Maggie Chism of Washington, D. C., Selma Perkins (Herman), DeSoto of Texas, Doris Simmons, Detroit of Michigan, Odessa Tarpley, Fred K Williams, Russell Williams, Pauline Crawford, Gertrude Elliott and Roy L Williams Many; and his close friends, Scott Geiger (Angela) of Whitehall, MI, Stella Taylor, Floyds, Conway, Greg Martin and Zachary James.
