He was predeceased by: his parents, John Olexa and Mary Elizabeth Olexa; and his wife Shirley Elaine Olexa. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Olexa of Oxford and Sandy (Les Evans). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
