He was predeceased by: his father Wilford Lackey; and the mother of his children Lorie Lackey. He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Hardy of Covington; his children, Brandon Lackey of Covington, Zach Lackey of Mansfield, Jeremy Revis of Cornelia and Jenny Lackey of Commerce; his grandchildren, Micah, Bradyn and Sophia; his siblings, Keith Lackey, Allen Lackey and Lisa Colburn; his great-uncle Travis Veal; and his close friend Mario. He is also survived by numerous other family members and many close friends.
