He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Olinger, Sr. and Octolena Bell Olinger; his former wife Helen Olinger; and his daughter-in-law Kaki Olinger. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy I. Olinger of Oxford; his children, Suzann Lowry (Greg) of Powder Springs, Georgia, Jennifer Edwards (Wes) of Astatula and Jack Olinger, Jr. of Rockmart; and his siblings, Carl Olinger of Wabash, IN. and Betty Arnett of Louiville. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
