He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Broadnax and Annie Broadnax; and his sister Mattie Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Barron Broadnax of Oxford; his daughters, Lisa Varfolomeyev (Tony) of Covington and Andrea Lynn Hagglund (Andrew) of Loganville, Georgia; his grandchildren, Abbey, Audrey, Owen and Ellie; and his sister Mary Tollison of Gordon, Georgia..
