It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Padgett of Oxford, Georgia, who passed away on January 10, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Padgett and Inez Webb Padgett; and his brothers, Dennis Padgett and Danny Padgett. He is survived by: his daughter Amber Boyd (Roger) of Oxford; his granddaughter Kinsley Sprague; and his siblings, Darlene Donald (Jerry) of Atlanta and David Padgett (Vicki) of Dawsonville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members, and close friends.
