He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Juanita East Carter and David L. Carter. He is survived by: his wife Amber Carter (Garrett) of Oxford; his parents, Jody Carter and Cassie Carter (Connor) of Loganville; his brother Jason; his sister-in-law Jolee Carter of Kennesaw; his siblings, Hunter Carter of Loganville, Caleb Carter of Loganville, Gynesis Carter of Loganville and Kendra Carter of Buford; his grandparents, Kristi Carter of Loganville, Denise and Doug Connor of Conyers; his nieces and nephews, Karter Watkins, Landen Clark, Kinsley Carter and Serenity Watkins; his aunts and uncles, Richard, Tammy Carter of Pollocksville, NC, Shannon and Dawn Carter of Oakwood; and his father-in-law James Russell Garrett. He is also survived by numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
