It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carolyn Wiggins of Oxford, Georgia, born in Toccoa, Georgia, who passed away on October 6, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Stewart Wiggins (Jockey); her parents, Mitchell Rampy and Odessell Rampy; and her siblings, Sara Merck, Minnie Harrison, Sue Storey, Hugh Rampy and Rothel Rampy.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff, Jan Wiggins, Donna and Norby Lanford; her granddaughters, Paige and Heather Wiggins; and her brother Ray (Jeane Rampy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
