She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Cowan and Rachel Cowan; her husband John D. Coltharp, Sr.; and her siblings, Sandra Presely and Jabo Cowan.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy McMullen and Doug; her daughter-in-law Tina Coltharp; her grandchildren, Chase (Lindsey) of Taylor, J. D. and Aubrey; her great grandchildren, Karson, Westin and Stetson; and her brother Gregg Cowan. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and close friends.
