Stene Hawkins Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stene Hawkins of Omega, Georgia, who passed away on January 19, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Oren Harrison; her husband Milton "Tubby" Clarence Hawkins; her son Kenneth "Kenny" Wayne Hawkins; her siblings, Casey Harrison, Mary Gay, Orene Ellis and Lavada Jones; and her great grandchild Emi Wilkerson.

She is survived by: her daughter Teresa; her son-in-law Clay Sanders of Omega; her son Donnie; her daughters-in-law, Nancy Hawkins of Omega and Peggy Marchant Hawkins; her siblings-in-law, Dorothy McDonald, June Hawkins, Beverly Harrison and Fred Gay; her grandchildren, Jason Hawkins, Michelle Wilkerson, Haley Hawkins, Dustin Hawkins, Carey Hawkins, Leah Slimp (Jason), Christi Bryant, John Cason (Aileen), Darin Sanders (Brooke) and Dustin Sanders (Margaret); her great grandchildren, Rylee Bryant, Bentley Bryant, Cason Johnston, Hudson Slimp, Chasity, Neelia, Jada, Toni, Arla Cason, Tristyn Webb, Josh, Beyla Wilkerson, Ty Sanders and Pate Sanders; and her close friends, Suzanne Dunn and LeAnne McAlpin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
