He was predeceased by: his brothers, C. Wayne Spraggins and James P. Spraggins; his daughter Penny J. Blyman; and his grandson Gregory McMillan (Dustin). He is survived by: his wife Verna L. Spraggins (Walker); his sister Martha Joan Mann (Spraggins); and his children, Yvonne L., C. Gordon, S. Arlene and Stacey A. Spraggins. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
