He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Salter and Louise Salter. He is survived by: his siblings, Adrian Salter (Beverly) of Tifton, Vera Carter of Tifton and Raynell (Patrica Julian); his son Michael Salter of Adel; and his stepdaughter Megan Wiley of Ocilla.
