He was predeceased by: his parents, Louie Gibbs and Ruby Luverene Pike Gibbs of TyTy; his sister Cherie Gibbs Kendrick; and his pet Sam. He is survived by: his wife Linda Dorminy Gibbs; his children, Jamie Gibbs (Missy) and Jodi Gibbs Evans (Jon) of Tifton; his granddaughters, Jessica Gibbs of Omega and Christen Gill (Jeremy) of Tifton; his great grandchildren, Ruby Lynn Gill and Charlie Gill of Tifton; and his siblings, Al Gibbs (Mary Ann) of Tifton, Billy Gibbs of Clermont and Renee Gibbs Evans of TyTy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Albritton Funeral Directors (1020 Tift Ave N, Tifton, GA 31794).
