He is survived by: his sister Regina Hornbuckle of Omega; his brother-in-law Andy Hornbuckle of Omega; his brothers, Anthony Nunnery of Sumner, Bobby Nunnery of Crossville and Maternal; and his grandfather Donald Lutes of Omega. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
