He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Manuel Medrano and Petra Gonzalez. He is survived by: his children, Jorge Medrano (Jessica) of Omega, Pedro Manuel Medrano, Dasey Salinas of Omega, Alfredo Medrano (Josefina) of Omega, Silvia Medrano of Houston, TX, Elvira Medrano of Brownsville, TX, Isidro Medrano and Catarino Medrano, Jr. of Brownsville, TX; and his siblings, Juan, Larry Orozco, Sonya DeLaGarza, Daniel and Maria G. Garcia. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
