She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Harper and Rebecca Rowe Harper; and her husband Neal Eugene Watson. She is survived by: her children, Danny Rowan of Omega and Denise; her son-in-law David Barber of Omega; and her siblings, Marshall Harper of Valdosta and Betty Boyette of Nashville. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
