He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Devane Willis and Mary Lula Rentz Willis; and his siblings, Betty Ryan and A. D. Willis. He is survived by: his wife Edna Lee Lindsey Willis of Omega; his children, Randy Devone Willis (Gwen) and Debbie Ann Willis Turner (Kim); his grandsons, Willis (Carey), Justin Turner (Jenna), Matthew Turner (Ali), Mark Turner (Erin) and Jonathan Turner; his great grandchildren, Austin Willis, Gracey Willis, Judah Turner, Rhett Turner, Elizabeth Turner, Joanna Turner, Brentley Turner and Marianne Turner; his brother Bobby Willis (Linda); and his sister-in-law Carolyn Willis.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bethel Baptist Church (1347 Bethel Church Rd, Omega, GA 31775). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Bethel Baptist Church to support disaster relief efforts for local churches affected by the recent hurricane.
