She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alvin McLendon and Betty McLendon; her daughter Carrie Michael Poole; her brother Mark H. Poole of Oglethorpe; her children, Nigel, Lezlie Poole, Brittney and Scott Giles; her brother Gary McLendon; and her close friend Stanley.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to County Line Baptist Church Building Fund, 7611 GA Hwy 240, Ellaville, GA 31068.
