She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Ann Clark Merritt and Edward Buster Merritt; and her brother Alfred Hardimon. She is survived by: her husband William P. Jackson; her sisters, Patrica Ann Austin and Yolanda Sonja Herard (Wilson); her friends, Vernadina Lynch (Lawerence), Jamie Edwards, Michele Seay, Yolanda Sapp (Gary), Vanessa Furlow, Kevin Jackson (Sandra) and Kenneth Hubbard (Francis); her cousins, Troy and Tonya; and her aunt Pearly. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
