With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Scott (Oglethorpe, Georgia), who passed away on July 24, 2018 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Harry "Bo" Scott; and her siblings, Ruth Cline, Monteen Smith, Nell McCannon, Parks Mattox, Johnny Doyle Mattox, Blanton Mattox, Billy Bibb Mattox and Jimmy Mattox.
She is survived by: her daughter Gloria Bowman (Billy) of Winterville; and her grandchildren, Joe Bowman (Maria), Jeff Bowman (Alice Ann) and Jay Bowman (Cynthia). She is also survived by nine great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Crawford Perpetual Care Cemetery or Crawford Baptist Church.
