He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Felton; his children, Keith Mclendon Jr. (Stephanie), Courtney Mclendon, Diocleutia Mclendon of Montezuma, Okeem Mclendon (Tivishia) of Kathleen, GA and Lakiesha Ward; his sisters, Debra Thomas and Cynthia McCants of Oglethorpe, GA.; his grandchildren, Aukeeveous Mclendon, Akeirah Harpe, Deziya Mclendon, Kelan Harpe, Alani Ward, Romel Ward Jr., Kion Ward and Zuri Ward; his great grandchild A'riyah Mclendon; his niece Valerie Harp (Rodrick); his nephews, Jermaine Thomas, Leon Thomas, Rodrick Gaines, Jesse Hubbard, Frederick English, Travis Mathis and Andra Kendrick; his siblings-in-law, Olivia Hubbard (James) of Oglethorpe, GA, William Felton (Elnora) of Montezuma, GA, Howard Felton and David Felton of Oglethorpe, GA; his godson Ricarlos Beal; and his cousin Wanda Faye Mathis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Other masked attendees are welcomed but will be expected to practice social distancing. Graveside services are likely to be held on ground that is uneven, which is out of the control of Oglethorpe Funeral Chapel, Inc. We ask that you take this into consideration when choosing footwear, such as shoes with high, thin heels.
