She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Susie Brown Lumpkin and Dallas Lumpkin; her children, Michael Coates (Nicole) and Stacy Coates Brown (Nicholas); her sisters, Genieva Harmon (Clinton), Shirley Lumpkin and Georgia; her aunts, Wedie Bell Stewart and Georgia; her grandchildren, Eric Haugabook II (Ywana), Georgia, Tony Davis Jr., Meisha Coates Qwatarrius Smith (US Navy) and Jacksonville of Florida; her great grandchildren, Ja'Marion McHolmes and Paisley Davis; her nieces and nephews, Linsey Hosley, Reneca Wynn, Marcus Lumpkin (Tammy) and Rodney Lumpkin (Sadafrica); her friends, Willie Mae Nelson, Delphine Solomon, Curtis Turner and Wynelle Walker; and her cousin Tonya Wilder (Keith).
Other masked attendees are welcomed but will be expected to practice social distancing. Graveside services, including burials, are likely to be held on ground that is uneven, which is out of the control of Oglethorpe Funeral Chapel, Inc. We ask that you take this into consideration when choosing footwear, such as shoes with high, thin heels.
