He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison Porter, Sr. and Mamie Walton Porter; his siblings, Louise Tennyson, Tazewell, Irene Minter and Georgia; and his siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Terry, Sarah Thomas of Buena Vista, GA and Moses Ross.
He is survived by: his wife Ella Colbert Porter; and his children, Jimmy Porter, Jr. (Ruth) of Pompano Beach, John Porter of Pompano Beach, Mary Porter of Pompano Beach, Deborah Kelly (Willie), Janice P. Shivers (Christopher), Calvin Colbert (Charisse), Georgia, Kathryn Scott and Gwen Porter (Teddy). He is also survived by fourteen siblings.
Other masked attendees are welcomed but will be expected to practice social distancing.
