He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Trask and Sarah H. Trask; and his brother John A. Trask Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Tricia; his daughters, Whitney (John Crisp) and Tracy (David Monk); his grandchildren, Mary Catherine, Maddie, John Henry, Charlie Crisp of Americus, Ridley and Hunter Monk of Tifton; his sister Cathy Garrett of Kathleen; his nephews, Travis Trask, Bill Williams and Dan Williams; his niece Emily Trask; and his caregivers, Angela Clark and Ethel Finch.
