It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Brown (Oglethorpe, Georgia), born in Bonifay, Florida, who passed away on September 22, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Lorine Mills and Lillian Levins Mills; and her husband Johnny Cleo Brown. She is survived by: her children, Fran Brown (Barry Wiseman) of Oglethorpe and Johnny "Billy" Brown (Rhoshunda) of Reynolds, Georgia; her siblings, Johnny Mills (Kelly) of Eaton, Patricia Crawford (Jerald) of Eufaula, Ala and Nancy Mills of Columbus; and her grandchild Ciara Brown.
