He was predeceased by: his parents, Roosevelt Bullard and Lois Bullard; his sister Ardelia Bullard; and his son Barry Bullard. He is survived by: his children, Christie Norfous, Frederick Norfous Sr. and Bridgette Bullard; his grandchildren, Jaylin Bullard, Jalayia Bullard, Bri'Auna Bullard, Amirah Norfus, Frederick Norfus Jr. and Paris Norfus; his nephew Rodney Bullard; and his friend Pauline Graham.
