He was predeceased by: his father Clifford Warren Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Gail Lord Howard; his son Andy Nash (Mandi); and his siblings, Warren Howard, Cathy Donohoe (Paddy) and Karen Patman (Frank). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the A. E. Carter Funeral Home Chapel (1670 Atlanta Hwy, Madison, GA 30650). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made in Smiley's memory to Bethany Baptist Church or New Hope Baptist Church, both of Madison.
