She was predeceased by: her husband Wendell Wells. She is survived by: her children, Wendy Thornton (Kim) of Odum and Steve Wells (Connie) of Odum; her grandchildren, Nicole Westberry (Michael), Brooks Mallard (Katie), Jena Thompson (Josh) and Nick Wells; and her extended family Gayle Wooten. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
