She was predeceased by: her husband Edwin "Nig" Poppell; her daughter Vanessa Poppell Firebaugh; her granddaughter Kendra Firebaugh; and her mother Inez Morosky. She is survived by: her family, Jennifer, Kristin, Steve Tupper and Beth Roberts (family: Tiffany Firebaugh Johnson, Rita Scott, Kirk Morosky). She is also survived by her family.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Pinecrest Memorial Cemetery (3357 Lanes Bridge Rd, Jesup, GA 31545).
