She is survived by: her sons, Tom M. Collins, Jr. of Odum, Charles Collins of Odum and Walter Collins (Shari) of Blackshear; her sister Mary Autry of Lake Park; and her grandchildren, Phillip, Joey Collins, Chris Rothfeldt and Jamie Summerlin. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
