She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas J. Forbes. She is survived by: her children, Denise Bragg of Guyton, Angela Thornton of Jesup and Terry McShan (Ana) of Fayetteville, NC; her stepchildren, Karen Denison (Edward), Katrina Rodgers (Jody) and Tommy Forbes (Lisa); her grandchildren, Nikki, Kristi, Sherri, Melissa and Herschel; and her stepgrandchildren, Danielle, Emma, Eric, David and Jacob. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Northside Bible Baptist Church, 155 Sycamore Street, Jesup, GA 31545.
