She was predeceased by: her husband William Neal Maxey; her daughter Wanda Ivey; her granddaughter Kimberly Paradise Ross; her great grandchild Emma Wilkerson; and her sons-in-law, Jake Ivey and Danny Stephens.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Paradise (Art) of Charlotte, NC, Glenda Stephens of Odum, Jill Maxey of Odum and Bill Maxey (Lori) of Odum; her sister Betty Middleton of Waycross; and her half-sisters, Carol Usher and Sharon Dixon. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
