He is survived by: his wife Brenda N. Howard of Odum; his children, Mikki Wynne (Mike) of Odum, Marlana Smith, Stephanie Howard, Jamie Howard (Angie) of Screven and Bernard J. Howard (Jennifer) of Jesup; and his brother Richard Howard (Joyce). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
