He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Page Mobley. He is survived by: his wife Rita Acree Mobley; his children, Dr. Rhonda Mobley (Scott Rary), David Mobley, Amy Allen (Brandon Allen) and Dr. Alan Mobley; and his grandchildren, Cale Rary, Sage Rary, Luke Rary, Ruth Rary, Kathryn Rary, Andrew Mobley, Reese Mobley, Royal Mobley, Blake Allen, Aiden Allen and Wyatt Allen.
