He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Horace Woodworth and Sara Stovall Woodworth; and his brothers, Willis Horace "Bill" Woodworth, III and Rev. James W. "Jimmy" Woodworth. He is survived by: his wife Emily Rebecca Fambrough Woodworth (Becky); his children, Tim Woodworth (Jill) and Paula Woodworth Bargfrede (Dirk); his sister Sara Jane Burgess; his grandchildren, Tyler (Janie Gray), Ryan (Cassie), Bailey, Kendall Rose Woodworth, Spencer and Jenna Lynn Bargfrede; and his great grandchild Griffin Woodworth. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Antioch Christian Church, Youth Fund.
