It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Tullie Palmer of Oconee, Georgia, who passed away on June 1, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Faye Mixon Palmer (McIntyre); and his parents, J. T. Palmer and Wydel Palmer. He is survived by: his brother Larry Palmer; his son James Jason Palmer (Karen); and his grandchildren, Seth Palmer (Brook), Jasmine Palmer and Sky Reicherter.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Bay Springs Methodist Church c/o Virginia McAfee 2249 Ga.
