She is survived by: her mother Sara Criswell; her children, Shane Whitehead (Wendy), Lee Whitehead and Leslie Whitehead; her grandchildren, Lacy, Molly, Abby, Brody, Bo, Antonio, Helen, Javie and Cathy Grace; her siblings, Keith Smith and Wanda Mitchell; and her sister-in-law Peggy W. Dire. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
