He was predeceased by: his father Willie Harper. He is survived by: his children, Melvin, Debra Harper of Ocilla Georgia, Genava Bouyer of Jacksonville Florida and Anthony Harper of Ocilla Georgia. He is also survived by Several grandchildren, Great grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
