She is survived by: her mother Ann Mills Perkins of St. Augustine; her daughters, Summer (James Holt) and Erika Lee (Chris Lee); her grandchildren, Dacee Blawn, Hailee Blawn, Alyandra Lee, Aivan Lee and Willow Holt; and her siblings, Belinda Beach of Somerset, Edward George Swan, Jr. of Charlette, Tennesse and William Swan of Jacksonville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
