He is survived by: his children, Christopher Jackson Blanchard (Megan) of Tifton and Jennifer Castro (Hector Castro, Sr.) of Moultrie; and his siblings, Bobby (Elaine Blanchard), Tony (Diane Blanchard), Jimmy Lee (Bobbie Blanchard) and Susan Abbott. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
