With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lynette Brown of Ocilla, Georgia, who passed away on April 10, 2021 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elisha Carlton Powell and Pauline Brooks Powell; her husband David Brown; her brother Carlton Walker Powell; and her niece Martha Boney.
She is survived by: her nephews, Carl Powell Jr. of Douglas, GA and Sammy Boney of McRae, GA; her sister Helen Branch of Riceboro, GA; her great-nieces, Nikki Gordy and Pam Whitman (Ricky); and also, Cole of Douglas, GA., Sam of Douglas, GA., Jack Gordy of Douglas, GA., Kim Jowers of Douglas, GA. and Judge Jowers of Douglas, GA..
