He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeannie Mae Johnson Lampkin and Roosevelt Lampkin. He is survived by: his children, Alicia Williams of Lakeland Florida, Bruce Hall of Sarasota Florida, Gary Barthell of Orlando Florida, John Lampkin Jr. of Fitzgerald Georgia, Lois Hall of Miami Florida, Monique Lampkin of Ocilla Georgia, Pastor Donna Prather of Fitzgerald Georgia and Amber Donley of Jacksonville Florida; and his sisters, Betty Moore of Ocilla Georgia, Ammerine Hall and Sharon Porter of Fitzgerald Georgia. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
