He is survived by: his children, Eddie Russell of Athens, GA and Allene Russell of Atlanta, GA; his siblings, Ronald L. Russell (Karen) of Marietta, GA, Mary Ellen Russell and Shirley Russell Dill of Ocilla, GA; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Russsell of Marietta, GA and Dot Russell of Kennesaw, GA. He is also survived by 3 Grandchildren, Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
