He was predeceased by: his parents, Moses O'Neal and Christine Roberts Harper of Ocilla. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Tumbling of Fitzgerald Georgia and Felica Harper of Atlanta Georgia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins relatives and friends.
