He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Guess and Edwina Louise Warren Guess; and his brother Troy Guess, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Rita Duren Guess of Ocilla; his children, Amy Guess (Amos Hall) of Ocilla, Eddie Guess (Blakely) of Norman Park, T. J. and Jason Guess (Renee) of Tifton; his siblings, Latrelle Miller (Jim) of Buford, Virginia Waller (Bobby) of Ocilla and Danny Guess (Nell) of Clarkesville; and his siblings-in-law, Debra Brogdon of Nashville, Lois Luke (Tommy) of Nashville and Don Duren (Barbara) of Lakeland. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; a great granddaughter.
