It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christine Smith (Ocilla, Georgia), born in Aberdeen, Mississippi, who passed away on December 27, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Thelton Monroe Smith, III of Albany, Joseph Martin Smith, Debbie of Hahira, Calvin Martin Smith of Ocilla, Janie Ethridge, Bill of Ocilla, Alice Sue Fitzgerald, Jim of Albany, Angel Daine Ross, Kyle Shealey of Ocilla and Constance Hope Shealey of Ocilla; her siblings, Nancy Cato of Fitzgerald, Sherry Joiner of Wray and David Martin of Fitzgerald; and her husband Thelton Monroe Smith, Jr.. She was also cherished by 15 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren.
